The pool was heated.
It was not as pictured on the website. The room was much small and very run down. The bathroom was similar to a "koa" and for the price was a disappointment. I would have been fine if we were paying $50 to $60 per night. The sheets wouldnt stay on the bed, no fitting. The pillows were uncomfortable. The tv was even faulty. Continental breakfast was lacking. A great disappointment.
I did not like anything of this hotel because it is very hard to like something about it.
That is probably the worst place I've ever stayed at makes me wanna commit a suicide.
For a moderately priced hotel it was reasonably clean and quiet and provided a place to spend the night while visiting relatives in the city.
I liked how close it was downtown Santa Cruz.
I did not like competence of the staff.
Location - quick walk to downtown. Someone at the front desk whenever I .needed something
convenient to our destinations in santa cruz
Towels and washcloths missing - when asked clerk for towels he replied with sigh "OK , I'll get you additional towels." Price of the room was too high for value provided.
People were nice, it was not to expensive for 2 night, the room was clean and the services were nice.
Don't expect a real breakfast ove there, just orange juice and cofee :( The hotel is a little bit far away from the beach walk and the city center. but you can get there in 5 minutes with a car :)
Good rest after being at the boardwalk for 10 hrs straight
location to downtown. price was good for a weekend room.
continental breakfast was pretty weak with only toast and two cereals.
In-room internet did in work in room 277
Locked corridor for the second floor rooms.
They were having issues with the wifi during our stay.
Location was ok, not too far to walk to downtown and the Boardwalk.
Pillows were awful (pretty much non existent).. We moved a chair in order to watch tv and found a pair of dirty underwear under it - so cleanliness was not high on the list. Over all feeling, too expensive of a hotel for the quality you get.
$400 for 2 nights is just crazy, especially for a place like this! Out our window was a wire fence with broken beer bottles looking right at a liquor store in an ally
Room a little dirty and scary. Location great. Room needs a little fixing. But slept well and good for a one night stay.
Spacious rooms, free parking, included breakfast, swimming pool
Very, very slow wi-fi internet
